Self-Paced

A self-paced classroom allows the student to work at the rate he is most comfortable with. Since language acquisution is not a constant, why should the time provided for achievement be constant? The traditional classroom model sets time as a constant and achievement as a variable, but the self-paced classroom sets time as a variable and achievement as a constant.

Students will be given all the learning targets and resources, while the teacher acts as more of a facilitator and coach, helping guide the student through the course.
